Our last meeting in November! Today we discussed ASL music interpreting! It was fascinating to watch different kinds of music being interpreted from English into ASL. The meaning of the song is interpreted. Some of our members have had the chance to witness these interpreters happen in action at certain concerts that they have been to. Be on the lookout at the next live show you go to and see if they have an interpreter present! We then mentioned our Deaf Owned Business of the Day! This week we had Purple Rose Wellness as our shoutout. This Black-Deaf Owned business sells wellness products and candles! Then, to wrap up the meeting we played some games and a Kahoot!
